Tech4Agri 360

Tech4Agri 360 is an immersive media series that utilizes 360-degree video and journalism to offer a unique learning and visual experience. This project is the flagship of Tech4Agri.

Our goal is to provide a knowledge tool that supports quality education delivery, while presenting subjects and fields of study in a new light. Through this approach, we aim to transfer knowledge and empower household food security.

Rise of Agriculture

Rise of Agriculture (#riseofagri) is a 30-minute variety program centred on local agribusiness, farmers’ efforts, and innovation within our multifaceted agricultural sector.

Each story centres on the lives of people in our agriculture sector and agro-allied fields, who contribute to our food and well-being through their activities. Segments focus on gardening, food production, modern farming systems, and agriyouth.

Women + Agri

Women + Agri is a 12-episode, 30-minute series focused entirely on Caribbean Women working passionately and with full dedication as entrepreneurs or with full careers in all facets of food, agriculture, the life sciences, and Caribbean culture. Their stories will inspire and motivate you.

This series, Women + Agri, is a celebration of diversity. It capitalizes on Tech4Agri’s powerful regional network to assemble the best crop of women of all ages, countries, backgrounds, and knowledge levels as key drivers of change in agricultural communities. It’s a testament to the fact that women from all walks of life are making significant contributions to the field of agriculture.

The Agri Recovery Kit

The A.R.K. or Agri Recovery Kit is a support tool that provides food production inputs, facilitates communication, and provides knowledge access for afflicted families and communities after a major disaster.

With the support of an online platform providing step-by-step instructions and knowledge videos, the kit empowers families and communities to grow and supply a portion of their own food during the recovery period.

This period lasts a minimum of a year, with emergency relief ending within six months of a disaster. There is no outlet to recover from trauma and far less from lost livelihoods.

A.R.K. supports people and communities in building their resilience and skill sets, which are essential elements of a stable livelihood given the age of common global shocks.
